Salon Booking & Cancellation Guidelines

To ensure smooth scheduling for appointments, we have the following policies in place:

• A 30% deposit is required when booking to secure your appointment.

• We respectfully request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice by phone during salon hours for any appointment changes or cancellations.

• Failure to provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

• Deposits for missed (no show) or late cancellations are non-refundable and cannot be transferred.

• If you reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice, your deposit will be retained and applied to your new appointment.

• All services are non-refundable
